Geography of Memory
Geography of Memory is a visual meditation on the landscapes of Samtskhe-Javakheti and the emotional imprints they leave behind. Tedo transforms memories of rural Georgia into quiet abstractions—where fields, villages, and traditions dissolve into layered textures and atmospheric light.
Through painting and printmaking, the series captures the rhythm of a place remembered: the stillness of a mountain lake, the movement of daily life, the silence between seasons. This is not a depiction of nature, but an experience of belonging—where land and memory become one.
